Front End Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a full-time Front End Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in decision-making. This role requires assisting clients with day-to-day service needs while delivering timely, professional service with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service are essential.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Process client payments (walk-in and phone) accurately and securely through carrier websites
• Assist walk-in clients with claim information gathering, quote information gathering, and vehicle changes
• Provide backup support for receptionist responsibilities, as needed
  

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Accountable and dependable
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
