Receptionist

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to receive callers, welcome visitors and provide daily administrative support

Additional responsibilities:

• Operate multi-line office phone system by answering, placing and transferring calls
• Greet clients, vendors and other visitors in a courteous, friendly and timely manner
• Provide general administrative and clerical support such as filing, copying, and typing/entering information into computer
• Process client payments
• Sort and route mail, correspondence, packages and messages for timely delivery to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a welcoming, organized and professional reception area
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Prior customer service experience, of at least one (1) year, in clerical administration which includes professional phone etiquette
• High School diploma
• Strong passion for customer service
• Responsible with good initiative to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Accountable, organized and with a keen attention to detail
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math
• Microsoft Office systems knowledge including Outlook, Word and Excel
