Bridgette’s tenure with Eastern Shore Associates began in 1990, when she entered the insurance world as a receptionist. Shortly after, Bridgette served as an administrative assistant, then a commercial lines customer service representative. She began working in our claims department in 1997 and transitioned to managing the department in 1999. With her years of knowledge and experience in claims, Bridgette is passionate about assisting insureds as they navigate the claims process. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, she has also earned the Associate in Claims, Associate in Service, and Accredited Customer Service Representative designations.
Outside of work, Bridgette and her husband love spending time with their 13 grandchildren. Bridgette also enjoys charity crafting and any time spent outdoors. She is active in the community and is Foundation Chair for Fulton Rotary Club as well as a Board Secretary and board member of her local church.
